MATURE HEIGHT AND SPREAD: 3' x 5' (depends on cultivar)
CLASSIFICATION: Herbaceous perennial
LANDSCAPE USE: Long lasting color in perennial border or accent plant CHARACTERISTICS: This perennial does best in sun or light shade. It is a butterfly and hummingbird plant that blooms for a long period. The plant features cuttable flower spikes of light blue, dark blue or purple with gray-green foliage. Commonly available cultivars include 'Argentine Sky', 'Sapphire Sage' and 'Purple Majesty'.
